Fair Presents Birthday Surprises By Anne Trautner Gracelynn Begg got the best surprise of her life when she saw Dylan Scott at the Washington County Fair on Thursday, July 25 – her fifth birthday. Gracelynn went to the fair with her best friend, 5-year-old Ameliana Williams. The two girls’ moms, Ashley Begg and Amy Williams, who also are best friends, could not think of a better surprise.
