Widmer’s Cheese Leaves ACS Conference With Five Awards

ZACH COOK The host site may have changed for this year’s annual American Cheese Society (ACS) conference, but the success of Widmer’s Cheese Cellars looked awfully familiar. The Theresa-based cheese company joined more than 1,300 cheese professionals in Richmond, VA from around the world for the largest judging and competition
