Campbellsport Teacher Among Six State Finalists For Presidential Teaching Awards Stephanie Ballard, Campbellsport High School science teacher, is one of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’ six educators named as finalists for the 2019 Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST), considered the highest honor bestowed by the U.S. government
