Village Is No Place For Stray Cats By Anne Trautner Last Monday, Oct. 7, the Kewaskum Village Board unanimously approved paying the Washington County Humane Society $1,444 a year for maintaining its animal pound facilities, the pickup and disposition of wildlife when injured or poses a human health hazard and the holding and disposition of cats. Last week was the first time the Humane Society
