Jerome ‘Jerry’ A. Hanni

Jerome ‘Jerry’ A. Hanni, 59, of Mayville passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Jerry was born the son of Roland and Noreda (Pagel) Hanni on November 20, 1960. Jerry had been employed and had worked various manufacturing jobs.
In his spare time, Jerry loved watching sports especially the Chicago Cubs and the Dallas Cowboys. He also had a great passion for music. Family was important to Jerry and loved the time spent with his family especially his grandchildren who he loved to spoil with candy! He also liked going for drives in the country and fishing with his best friend Yogi.
Jerry is survived by his mother, Noreda of Mayville; his daughters, Jessica Hanni and Casey (Nicholas) Malkowski of Markesan; his grandchildren, Brayden, Makenna, Carter, Cameron, and Charmaine; his siblings, Karen (Robert) Wendt of Mayville, Tim Hanni of Mayville, Randy Hanni of Mayville, and Connie Hanni of Horicon; his special caretaker and niece, Darci Hanni; his best friends, Yogi and Lin Jacobson; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roland; daughter, Amanda in infancy; and grandson, Brendan.
A private family graveside service was held on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Graceland Cemetery in Mayville.
