Horicon Phoenix Program Receives BDACF Grant for Whitty Park Playground Equipment

On Sunday, Dec. 1, the Horicon Phoenix Program received a $1,000 grant from the Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation (BDACF) to start the process of replacing and installing new playground equipment for Whitty Park in late Spring 2025.
