Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial Highway Bill Signed Into Law By Representative Timothy Ramthun Assembly Bill 451/Senate Bill 433, which designates a portion of State Highway 28 as ‘The Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial Highway’, became Act 20 last Thursday, when Governor Evers came to Kewaskum to sign it into law.
