It has become something to look forward to for some area residents. “We have such a good group here,” said Kiersten Immel of Campbellsport. Not only do the Campbellsport and Kewaskum areas have groups, the reigning King is not too far away. Dick Rosenthal of West Bend was named the 2019 King for Wisconsin. TOPS royalty are men and women who, at the end of the year, have officially recorded the largest weight loss from their starting weights regardless of the time taken to reach their goal. Immel was named the Wisconsin Queen in 2008.
