(Grace Prust | DCP) The American Red Cross held a blood drive on Wednesday, May 29, at American Legion Post 69 in Mayville. The drive was sponsored by Encore Electric/Bruce Muche. The event drew outstanding participation with a total of 73 units.

The dam will be rebuilt and other improvements will be made by Mr. Marohl. Carl B. Briemann sold his machine shop at Theresa to the Young brothers of Ashland for $3,000.
