Isaac Winter has sold the waterpower rights and the dam of the old wool factory, together with the village of Manchester, and the adjoining land consisting of about 60 acres to August Marohl for $2,000. The dam will be rebuilt and other improvements will be made by Mr. Marohl.
Carl B. Briemann sold his machine shop at Theresa to the Young brothers of Ashland for $3,000.
