Coulters Celebrate 99th Annual Family Reunion Descendants of the late Mary Wilhelmina (Doms) and David Charles Coulter Sr. celebrated their 99th Annual Family Reunion on Sunday, August 4, at Sterr Park in Lomira with 79 people attending.
