A Letter from Village of Campbellsport President Tom Dornbrook

Dear Charlie Kudy,
As the past Police Chief and current Village President, I would like to sincerely thank you for the years you have dedicated to serving as Village Administrator for the Village of Campbellsport. Watching you grow from a young college graduate into an accomplished professional has brought me great satisfaction.
More specifically, I want to thank you for:
- Your expertise and excellence in economic development, particularly in housing and commercial growth.
- Your ability to apply for - and be awarded - grants for commercial and roadway projects, ensuring that village residents did not face tax increases to complete these improvements.

- Your commitment to the community and the respect you extended to all citizens including those who were upset or agitated when calling or coming to your office.
- For not only being involved in the village during your regular workday, but also contributing through organizations such as the Lions Club and the Chamber of Commerce — truly making Campbellsport your home.
- One of your greatest accomplishments was elevating Campbellsport to statewide recognition for housing development and economic growth. It is an honor for our village to be acknowledged on such a broad level.
I want you to know how much your dedication and accomplishments have meant to me personally and to the entire community. Your professionalism, your integrity, and your unwavering commitment have left a lasting impact on Campbellsport. Most important is how your Christian values have guided you in excelling in your duties as Village Administrator. I wish you continued success in all your future endeavors, and because of your accomplishments, the name Charlie Kudy will always be remembered in Campbellsport’s history.
Sincerely,
Tom Dornbrook
Village President
