Students at Kewaskum High School joined with thousands of others across the nation on Wednesday morning, September 25, to take part in See You at the Pole, a global day of student prayer. The event was organized locally by the KHS Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Chapter.
Before the start of the school day, students gathered around the flagpole in front of the high school and the student leaders helped guide a time of prayer for their classmates, teachers, community, and nation.
“See You at the Pole is about students taking the lead,” said one of the FCA leaders. “It’s encouraging to see so many young people come together, not because they were required to, but because they wanted to lift up their school in prayer.”
Alongside prayer, the morning also created space for fellowship and encouragement. FCA plans to continue building momentum through upcoming meetings and events, giving students opportunities to grow in faith, develop leadership skills, and serve their school and community.
