Champions One of Jerry “Sarge” Markings favorite things was to round up the team in a circle at the end of practice or a big meet and give them a little pep talk. The guy had a knack for firing up his wrestlers and when he got on a roll, look out! He’d get the wrestlers so jacked up they were ready to run through cement walls for him.
