Arthur Strassman

Arthur Strassman, 78, of Dayton, Texas, (formerly Waupun, WI) passed away 12/13/21 at Houston Methodist Hospital with his family by his side.
Arthur was born the son of Alvin and Cyrena (Wetzel) Strassman on July 12, 1943, in Township of Lomira.
Art was a veteran of the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Liberty VFW 5621 and the RAT Club and retiree of John Deere.
Arthur is survived by his daughter, Sheila (Linny) Miller; grandsons, Reese and Seth Miller of Dayton, Texas; his brother, Neil (Claudia) Strassman of St. Killian; and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Allen Strassman; four brothers, Allan, Roger, Gordon, and David; nephew, Randy Strassman.
A memorial gathering and inurnment will be held at St. Luke’s Cemetery in Knowles on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 2 p.m. by Rev. Matthew Kuske. The graveside military honors will be conducted by Lomira American Legion Post #347.
