Stanley B. Immel

Stanley B. Immel, 80, of the Town of Osceola, went to his heavenly home on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at St. Agnes Hospital with his beloved family gathered around him.
He was born on the family farmstead on Pine Road on November 8, 1943, the son of the late Marvin and Mabel (nee Meinke) Immel. On February 27, 1965, Stanley was united in marriage to Susan J. Baumhardt at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Campbellsport.
Stanley farmed with his brother, Jerry, and worked at Regal Ware for seven years before buying his own farm. He also worked for Immel Construction for a number of years. He enjoyed deer hunting, pool shooting, horseshoes, snowmobiling (member of the Kettle Cruisers), going to the Hamburger Haus, and time spent at Glacier Valley Campground where they made many new friends. Stanley also enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Packers. Most of all Stanley loved the time spent with the grandchildren and taking them to McDonalds.
Those left behind to cherish Stanley’s memory include his wife of 59 years, Susan; children, Timothy (Kiersten) Immel, Gary (Mike Bord) Immel, and Tammy (James) Kutz; daughter-in-law, Shirley; grandchildren, Cassidy Deanovich, Kayla and Alysa Kutz; step-grandchildren, Tanya Schwarz, Kimberly, and Ryan Galligan; siblings, Beverly (Donald) Backhaus, LeRoy Immel, Evelyn (Kenneth) Koepke, Richard (Theresa) Immel, Betty (Gerald) Gitter, and Rosemary Carey; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Ruth Immel, Roger Baumhardt, Joan Baumhardt, Annette and Daniel Sabish, Pat Baumhardt, William Baumhardt, Richard Baumhardt, and Ronald and Debbie Baumhardt; many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his son, Scott; siblings, Jeanette, Marvin Jr, Jarold (Roberta), Judith (Carl) Kollmansberger, LaVerne Immel, and Dorothy (Robert) Meyer; brothers-in-law, Richard Carey III and David Baumhardt and sisters-in-law, Patsy Immel, Judith (William) Benson, Patricia (Robert) Wietor, and Diane Baumhardt.
Visitation for Stanley will be Thursday, June 20, from 12 Noon until 3 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St., Campbellsport.
A Funeral Service will be at 3 p.m. at the Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport, and burial will follow.
