Washington County Natural Resources Reorganization to Increase Focus on Balancing Development with Land and Water Conservation Earlier this year, Josh Schoemann, Washington County Executive and the Washington County Board of Supervisors laid out the county’s strategic priorities and clearly articulated the desire to work toward finding a balance between suburban/ exurban development and
