Activities at the Kewaskum Public Library

Fall is upon us at the library. The days are a little shorter, our kid population is a little smaller as school begins and we start to think about fall programming. Libraries love fall (and summer, and winter and... well, all of it). We are organizing our Battle of the Books selections, blowing the dust off of a few textbooks and stand ready to help the best we can.

Did you know that September is Library Card sign up month? We are celebrating by asking you to get creative with a Bookmark Design Contest.

Pick up a template from the library OR print one off of our Facebook page.

Color in the template matching the theme “Libraries hit all the right notes!”

Turn in your template at the library by 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 12.

Vote for your favorites starting the following week through Saturday, September 26.

Pick up a winning bookmark the last week of September to use in your books!

The library will be closed September 5-7 in honor of the Labor Day holiday. Our outdoor book returns are always open.

Here is a peek at our programs for September. Have a question?  Give us a call at 262-667-2930, or email kewaskum@monarchlibraries.org.  Register for events by visiting our website, kewaskum.lib.wi.us or give us a call.

Please note that our community room is only accessible by stairs.
