Campbellsport’s Pickering Breaks the School Record Again

On May 1, the Campbellsport boys team finished in third-place with 111 points, and the girls teams finished in fourth-place with 75 points at the Omro Invitational.
Seamus Toshner in the 300m hurdles and Garrett Pickering in the 1600m led the Cougars with first-place finishes, plus second-place finishes by Noah Bobb in the Triple jump and Caleb Siebauer in the 880m at the Invitational.
Pickering broke his own 1600m school record with a new record time of 4:23 for the Cougars.
Lexi Diels first-place finish in the discus, and Viola Schrauth finished in second place in the High Jump to lead the way for the girls’ team.
Home Quad

On April 28, the Campbellsport boys’ team finished in third-place with 66 points, and the girls’ team finished in fourth-place with 38 points at their home quad.
The girls’ track team was led by Lexi Diels with a first-place finish in the Discus and a second-place finish in the Shot Put, plus Briann Bobb finishing in second place in the Triple Jump.
First-place finishes by Seamus Toshner in the 200m, Mason Dirmeier in the 3200m, and Harvey Buddehhagen in the 300m hurdles led the Campbellsport boys team.
Campbellsport track traveled to Omro on May 5 after print time. The Cougars will travel to Oshkosh on May 8 at 4 p.m.
