Darlene Mueller, 82, passed away at Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester, MA, on April 30. She was surrounded by her loving family.
She married her loving husband, Donald Mueller, of 33 years and he passed in 2011.
She leaves her only son, Dion Mueller, and wife, Julie Mueller, and their two sons, all residing in Worcester, MA. She is survived by five brothers, Dale Scheid, Dean Scheid, David Lucas, Jan Lucas and Troy Lucas and one sister, Joy Ratzky. Darlene was predeceased by three brothers, James Scheid, Jon Scheid, and Joel Lucas.
She was born in Fond du Lac, to Eldon E. Scheid and Ruth (Struebing) Scheid Lucas.
Darlene and her family resided in Wisconsin, then many years later moved out to Colorado for Donald’s work. After the loss of her loving husband, she moved out to Worcester to be near her son and his family. She was employed as a house cleaner for many years.
She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, playing Bingo, going on vacation in California to her sister's, and chatting in her uncanny ability to reach out to everyone. She sure loved to talk.
Funeral services are private and in the care of Rice Funeral Home, Worcester, MA.
