Flaschpoint Comics and Collectibles opened their new storefront at 355 Main St in Kewaskum on Friday May 8.
Flaschpoint Comics and Collectibles was started in 2018 by Kevin Flasch, and was previously located at 230 Main St in Kewaskum. Flaschpoint Comics sells a variety of new and rare collectible comic books and collectibles ranging from Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and anime. They also carry a variety of collectible figures. Their inventory is constantly evolving to reflect their customers current interests. Flasch also had a location in Fond du Lac, Vendetta Comics, which is now closed.
Flasch is excited to get into his new location and start doing business again saying, “I am most excited to see all the old customers come back.” His customer base was excited for him to bring back his business as well. He credited one of his customers for helping him find his new location, “It was actually one of my old customers who told me about the new location that was for rent.”
Flasch has updated his inventory bringing some new products to the store. He has added a lot of graded comics to his inventory, which are comics that have been authenticated and graded on a ten point scale based on their condition. Some new large animatronics and statues have also been added to the store.
Flasch is looking forward to having a larger space for his store. Something new he is looking forward to doing is hosting trivia nights or Pokémon tournaments in the future. His current business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
