On Thursday, Jan. 23, the Kewaskum boys basketball team was first to face Berlin last week in their home gym.
It was a close game at halftime with the scoreboard reading 39-35, in favor of Berlin.
Despite Zach Behn’s double-double game with 28 points and 10 rebounds, the Indians lost 71-55.
“Versus Berlin we had a hard time getting enough stops. Berlin does a great job of playing selflessly and moving the ball around and they had one of their better shooting performances, for sure,” said Head Coach Tyler Enright. “But on our end, we have to grow better in our rules defensively to avoid giving up so many open catch-and-shoot opportunities.”
The boys started their week at Ozaukee on Monday, Jan. 27, and will end it at Winneconne on Friday, Jan. 31 at 7:15 p.m.
