Kewaskum Girls Tennis Wins Last Regular Meet of the Season in Ripon

The Kewaskum girls’ tennis team competed in the Glacier Hills Conference Meet on Oct. 1.
Coach Bradley Preder reflected on the meet saying, “At the conference meet, we had two singles players and a doubles team reach the third-place match. Macy Milella at no. 1 singles and Ruby McCain at no. 4 singles, as well as Hannah Galasinski and Anna Parish at no. 1 doubles, all played for third but came up short. Hannah and Anna went to a match tiebreaker versus Port Washington before falling just short. Ruby McCain nearly pulled off a big upset in her second match, being narrowly defeated by Ella Krier of Port Washington, who remained undefeated on the season. The no. 3 doubles team of Li Behnke Zhou and Eleanor Schulz also earned a victory, improving to 4-1 together since they started playing together recently.”
