Robert D. “Bob” Coulter, 78, of Fort Collins, CO, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026.
Bob was born at home in the Town of Wayne, on January 16, 1948, the son of the late Ervin,Sr. and Geraldine (Byrne) Coulter.
On April 28, 1973 he was united in marriage to Miss Virginia Ann “Ginger” Laetsch.
On November 11, 1977, their only child was born; Brook B. Coulter was their pride and joy!
Survivors include his wife, Ginger and his daughter, Brook Coulter, of Fort Collins, CO; his sister, Teresa C. Vorpahl of West Bend, whom he shared his birthday with, he was just four years younger, sisters-in-lawb Patricia Coulter and Mary Lautenschlaeger; and brother-in-lawb Gerald “Jay” (Laryl) Laetsch and Jay’s former wife, Kim Milewski; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Geraldine and Ervin J. Coulter,Sr. and Ginger’s parents, Kathryn And Gerald Laetsch, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Allen (Ilse) Coulter, Ronald (Janet Mae) Coulter, Patricia (Jacob,Sr.) Wiesner, Mary Jane (Michael,Sr.) Schmidt, Barbara (Richard) Kern, Ervin “Sam” Coulter,Jr., Wayne Coulter, Micheal (Ellen) Coulter, James Coulter and Susan Coulter; and brother-in-law, John H. Vorpahl,Sr.
Per Bob’s wishes cremation has taken place and his ashes will be laid to rest in Salem United Church of Christ’s Cemetery at Wayne.
