‘Knowledge Contest’ Winners Announced

The Knights of Columbus Bishop Salvator Schlaefer Council #11301, in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Council, would like to announce the local award winners in their annual “Knowledge Contest”. This year’s event had 35 participants from both St. Matthew’s School, Campbellsport, and Shepherd of the Hills School, Eden. The event ran from the middle of January through February, 2026.
The event is open to 5th - 8th graders statewide. The “Knowledge Contest” covers the two areas of spelling and mathematics. Both spelling and math contests are scored separately. There is a 30-minute time limit for each event. The spelling contest consists of 50 questions, and the math contest has 40 questions. Students compete within their own grade level.
At the local Council level of competition, medallions were awarded to all first, second, and third-place winners.
